Job summary

Confidential is seeking a highly skilled Associate Designer for Women’s Ready-to-Wear to join our design team. This role suits a detail-driven designer with a strong eye for trend and the ability to execute product in a fast-paced environment across all categories.

You will design and develop Women’s RTW across wovens, knits, tops, bottoms, dresses and outerwear, and produce CADs, tech packs and design packages. Collaborate with PD, Sourcing and Merchandising to hit price points and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Women’s RTW design experience.
• Strong understanding of retailer aesthetics and customer needs.
• Excellent proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple categories.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Women’s RTW across categories including wovens, knits, tops, bottoms, dresses and outerwear.
• Support design team in building a cohesive seasonal RTW assortment.
• Create CADs, artwork, tech packs and design packages in Illustrator.
• Build and maintain presentation decks: line sheets, color stories, and visuals.
• Collaborate with PD, Sourcing and Merchandising to meet price points and timelines.
• Execute quick edits based on merchant feedback and costing.
• Track samples and maintain seasonal design workflow.

Designer – Women’s Ready-to-Wear (All Categories)

We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Designer to join our Women’s RTW team and work directly with our design team.

This role is ideal for a designer who is detail-driven with a great eye for trend, ability to execute product in a fast paced environment across all categories.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop Women’s RTW across categories including wovens, knits, tops, bottoms, sweaters, dresses and outerwear
• Support design team in building a cohesive seasonal assortment in RTW
• Create clean, polished Adobe Illustrator CADs, artwork, tech packs and design packages
• Build and maintain presentation decks (line sheets, inspiration, color stories, styling direction, and assortment visuals)
• Partner closely with Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising to hit price points and timelines
• Execute quick changes and edits based on merchant feedback and costing
• Track samples, organize design files, and maintain seasonal design workflow

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• 3–5+ years of Women’s RTW design experience (Associate Designer level)
• Strong understanding of each retailer and thier customers aesthetic: feminine, flattering, elevated, high taste level.
• High proficiency and speed in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple categories at once
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
