Job summary

Raydar is seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist to help enterprise customers design, launch, and expand AI agent workflows. You will manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts and partner with Delivery Engineers to turn operational problems into successful deployments.

You will lead discovery through go-live, coordinating with senior stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires 60–65 hours weekly, with travel about 30% and onsite work in NYC (SF option as well).

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing consulting, business operations, operations, product management, or founder role.
• Experience implementing enterprise software for customers.
• Strong executive communication skills and professional English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, go-live, and customer-success work across 1 to 3 concurrent enterprise accounts.
• Work with VP and C-suite stakeholders on deployments valued from $500K to $2M or more.
• Translate customer workflows into clear AI agent designs and implementation plans.
• Partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to deliver working solutions in customer systems.
• Use customer insight to improve agent workflows and help accounts expand after launch.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders through polished, professional communication.

Our client builds AI agents that automate important logistics workflows within customer systems, including quoting, load entry, appointment scheduling, and calls. The company has grown revenue 700% in under two years and is expanding its work with enterprise customers.

The role

We are hiring an Associate Deployment Strategist to help enterprise customers design, launch, and expand AI agent workflows. You will manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts, work directly with senior customer stakeholders, and partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to turn operational problems into successful deployments.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery, design, go-live, and customer-success work across 1 to 3 concurrent enterprise accounts.
• Work with VP and C-suite stakeholders on deployments valued from $500K to $2M or more.
• Translate customer workflows into clear AI agent designs and implementation plans.
• Partner with Agent Delivery Engineers to deliver working solutions in customer systems.
• Use customer insight to improve agent workflows and help accounts expand after launch.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders through polished, professional communication.

What we're looking for

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing consulting, business operations, operations, product management, or founder role.
• Experience implementing enterprise software for customers.
• Strong executive communication skills and professional English fluency.
• Hands-on comfort with LLM APIs, JSON, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and SaaS tools.
• Ability to move from a customer workflow to an actionable AI agent design.
• Willingness to work 60 to 65 hours per week and travel about 30% of the time on short notice.
• Experience with logistics or other complex operational workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise customer deployments from discovery through go-live.
• Experience working alongside technical delivery teams.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $100K to $150K, with competitive equity.

• Five days per week onsite in New York City, with San Francisco also available.
