Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from examination through treatment planning and delivery of care. In‑office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a supportive network with access to exclusive continuing education, mentorship, and opportunities for equity. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered, with a generous earning potential between $150k and $250k USD

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics in all patient interactions.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination
