42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania to provide the complete clinical patient experience from initial examination and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, access to exclusive continuing education, mentorship, an equity opportunity, and the potential for unlimited earnings.

Qualifications

• Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Current malpractice insurance proof is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
