42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania to provide comprehensive dental care across general dentistry. The role includes creating treatment plans, performing restorative and surgical procedures, and maintaining patient records with high standards of ethics.

The position offers a competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and access to a strong network of dental professionals for mentorship and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Review medical and dental records and x-rays.
