Job summary

42 North Dental in Quincy, MA, seeks a qualified Dentist (DMD/DDS) to join our growing practice. Earn up to 36% of collections with an annual rate of $150,000 - $250,000 USD, reflecting a strong patient flow and collaborative team.

You will provide comprehensive dental care, educate patients, and participate in continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and other CE opportunities. We offer health insurance, 401K, and generous benefits within a supportive, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through CE courses.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA accredited)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
