Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a dentist to deliver comprehensive care in a busy practice with a strong patient flow and access to in-house specialties. The role covers exams, treatment planning, restorations, and collaboration with hygienists and specialists.

The compensation package includes an annual rate with up to 250,000 USD and 36% of collections, plus sign-on options and continuing education opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
