Job summary

42 North Dental in Quincy, MA, is seeking a licensed dentist to join our growing practice. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, create treatment plans, review options with patients, and maintain records while delivering high-quality care.

Earn up to 36% of collections with an annual base rate of $150,000 to $250,000 USD, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
