Job summary

42 North Dental in Ambler, PA seeks a Dentist to join our patient-focused practice. You will lead the comprehensive clinical experience from exam to treatment planning, with in-office services spanning periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Part-time schedule includes weekday coverage and two Saturday mornings per month. We offer Health Insurance with optional HSA, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE opportunities, and competitive daily pay for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients and ethics.
