Job summary

42 North Dental in Ambler, PA, is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The schedule includes two Saturdays per month from 7AM-12PM. We offer a generous daily rate, continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network, and a comprehensive benefits package when eligible.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Document Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics; stay current with developments via CE.
