Top earners reach $425,000+ per year, with a guaranteed daily rate and tiered production percentages; Lead Dentists may access a studio performance bonus and KPI incentives.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the applying state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Associates require 2+ years post-residency experience in private practice/DSO.
• Lead Dentists require 6+ years post-residency and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative care, implants, endodontics, crowns, veneers, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Treat a dynamic mix of cases with opportunities for esthetic and function-driven care.
• Lead comprehensive exams and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Diagnose TMJ-related conditions and deliver related therapies.
• Mentor staff and uphold Tend clinical standards and best practices.

Education

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for

Current CPR/BLS certification

Active DEA registration

Associate Dentists - Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting

Lead Dentists - Extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of dentists within a multi-chair practice environment

Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows

Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays
