A modern dental care provider in Arlington, VA, is looking for an Associate Dentist to deliver high-quality clinical services including fillings, crowns, and cosmetic procedures. The position offers a competitive pay range of $151,000 to $325,000 and includes benefits such as malpractice insurance and paid time off. The ideal candidate will have a DDS or DMD degree, an active dental license, and at least 2 years of experience in private practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice or similar setting.
• Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services.
• Perform thorough exams and develop treatment plans.
• Lead treatment rooms and manage schedules.
• Drive production by optimizing treatment plans.
