Job summary

Arlington Dentistry By Design in the heart of Clarendon, Arlington County, is seeking an associate dentist to join a full-service practice where doctors do it all with honesty and care. The position offers mentorship, quarterly in-office CE, Invisalign training, and a clear path to partnership.

Compensation is 35% of gross collections with potential earnings of $250,000–$400,000 annually; daily guarantees negotiable.

Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist in good standing.
• Ability to perform full-scope dentistry across restorative, surgical, cosmetic and endodontic procedures.
• Comfort with Invisalign and willingness to train if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic and periodontal treatments.
• Perform oral surgery, implants, and Invisalign as part of full-scope care.
• Deliver patient-centered care with clear explanations and no sales pressure.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in quarterly CE and study clubs.
