Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a licensed dentist to join our established practice and deliver high‑quality patient care. You will diagnose oral diseases, educate patients on treatment options, and create comprehensive treatment plans.

Earn up to 36% of collections with an annual rate range of $150,000–$250,000 USD, plus a robust benefits package. Benefits include health insurance with optional HSA, dental and vision, 401K, and ongoing CE with Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality and ethical standards of care.
• Keep up to date with new developments and continuing education.
