Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full patient care journey from initial exams to comprehensive treatment planning. The role includes in-office services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics within a thriving practice.

The position emphasizes delivering high-quality care, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development, with access to exclusive continuing education and Harvard Rounds Network events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients and maintain records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
