Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead comprehensive patient care from initial exam through delivery of care. Our established practice welcomes a strong flow of new patients monthly and offers in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of care and professionalism, with opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE events.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' dental records
• Review and interpret X-rays and tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues
• Maintain highest standard of care and ethics
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education
