Job summary

42 North Dental is hiring a General Dentist in Torrington, CT. The role covers the entire patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Open to part-time or full-time schedules (8AM-5PM, 2–5 days/week). Compensation includes up to 36% of collections and access to exclusive CE opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Maintain and update dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.

Education
