Job summary

You will develop staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain strong communication with the treating doctor and patients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in sales or retail environment, some management experience preferred
• Four-year college degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in, coordinate treatment services
• Learn daily non-clinical operations of an office
• Balance deposits and process payments
• Assist in maintaining patient charts and records
