Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns and education of treatment options, verification of insurance, collection of payment.
• Regular review of business results, profit and loss management, creation of strategies and plans to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with providers and office staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated regularly.
• Lead strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
