Qualifications

• Full-time senior faculty rank (Associate Professor or Professor).
• Licensed or eligible for Virginia nursing licensure, with clinical experience.
• Earned doctorate in nursing or related field (at least one degree in nursing).
• Demonstrated teaching experience in nursing programs.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship in academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and visionary oversight of all pre-licensure and undergraduate programs.
• Lead orientation, development and workload planning for faculty; support student success initiatives.
• Oversee clinical partnerships and collaborate with school leadership to advance academic and community engagement priorities.
