Job summary

Texas Woman's University seeks a Program Associate Dean for the Undergraduate Nursing program to unify operations across the Denton, Dallas, and Houston campuses and to craft a strategic plan for academic programming. This role includes ensuring curriculum integrity, accreditation readiness, and strong enrollment management within the College of Nursing (CON).

Qualifications

Experience leading undergraduate nursing programs or academic units.
Strong knowledge of CCNE/SACS accreditation processes and standards.
Ability to collaborate across multiple campuses and translate data into program improvements.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the Undergraduate nursing program(s) and align operations across campuses.
Oversee faculty workload planning and staffing with data-driven recommendations.
Maintain curriculum integrity and CCNE accreditation readiness.
Manage program data collection and dashboards for stakeholders.
Oversee admissions processes and enrollment planning.
Represent the CON in external partnerships and conferences.
