This role leads faculty policies, onboarding, evaluation, promotion and tenure, development, and engagement, aligning with university policies and accreditation standards.

Reporting to the Dean, the position collaborates with chairs, HR, Academic Affairs and senior leadership to foster an equitable, high-performing academic environment and to strengthen

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or a terminal degree in a field directly related to academic administration.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in higher education, faculty affairs, faculty development or academic administration.
• Demonstrated understanding of faculty development, academic policies, and promotion/tenure processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for faculty-related programs, policies, and initiatives within the School of Dentistry.
• Foster collaboration with department chairs, faculty, Human Resources, and senior leadership to ensure equitable, supportive, and high-performing academic environment.
• Oversee onboarding, appointment, evaluation, promotion, and tenure processes in line with university policies and school bylaws.
• Support retention initiatives and data-driven insights on faculty demographics, workload, and development needs.
