Rasmussen University is seeking an Associate Dean of Nursing Faculty Development to provide strategic leadership across its Twin Cities campuses, including Bloomington. This is a site based role that supports our Twin Cities campuses and can be based out of our Bloomington, Hennepin/Anoka or Eagandale campuses.
The Associate Dean of Nursing for Faculty Development provides strategic leadership to advance nursing faculty excellence and teaching effectiveness across academic nursing programs. Partnering with nursing leadership and Academic Nursing Program Directors, this role leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of comprehensive faculty onboarding and development initiatives.
Focused on building faculty capability, the Associate Dean assesses training needs and implements evidence-based development programs that strengthen instructional quality, clinical teaching, and student engagement. The role ensures faculty are oriented and equipped to create high-performing learning environments that drive strong student outcomes, including achievement of targeted completion and NCLEX pass rates.
Aligned with the University’s mission, the Associate Dean fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
The Associate Dean, Nursing Faculty Development will report to the Area Dean of Nursing.

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $85,300.00 to $119,400.00. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to: job and level hired into, location, skill set; experience and training; peer compensation and other business and organizational needs.
