Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking an Associate Forward Deployed Engineer to support customer data ingestion and transfer workflows.

You will build and improve scripts, integrations, and automations that make ingestion faster and more reliable, from initial preparation through transfer and validation. You will work with forward deployed engineers to troubleshoot APIs, data formats, and transfer workflows, monitor active processes, and verify data arrives complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• Foundational Python scripting and basic API usage experience.
• Familiarity with Git, command-line tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to follow runbooks, communicate clearly with customers, and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data into the platform from prep to transfer and validation.
• Build and improve scripts, integrations, and automations to speed ingestion and reliability.
