Job summary

CDW in the United States seeks an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage lifecycle engagement for CDW supported solutions. You will coordinate with sales, pre-sales, services and channel teams to plan, organize and execute customer success strategies at scale, using entitlement and onboarding insights to guide actions.

You will build strategic relationships to influence adoption, orchestrate onboarding sessions, drive renewals, and act as Voice of the Customer across departments.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in IT/Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT relationship management, project management or account management.
• Prior Customer Success experience or equivalent technology area
• Excellent communication skills, including IT terminology with diverse audiences.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with assigned customers and drive value of CDW solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with CDW services and solutions.
• Engage multiple customers through proactive, open account management.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions for customers.
• Lead large-scale digital touch engagements and customer communications.
• Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally and with vendor partners.
• Develop adoption strategies for new products/features.
• Drive renewals across the customer base.
• Provide data analysis using customer and partner data.
