• Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks.
• Data entry experience required.

• 5. Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
• 6. Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
• 7. Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
• 8. Data Entry experience.

Educational requirement

• High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
• or
• Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.

No Overtime available currently but depends on the role.

Extensions based on the requirement.
