Fusion Staffing Partners is recruiting for an Associate on behalf of a leading global Alternative Investment Fund in New York. This generalist investment role works across the capital structure and industry sectors, combining investing with corporate development and strategic growth initiatives in a hybrid setting.

You will source deals, analyze opportunities, build complex financial models, perform due diligence, and prepare materials for investors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement.
• 2-4 years of lateral alternative investing or investment banking experience.
• Interest in hybrid investing and strategy roles across platforms.
• Exposure to FIG sector investing or transactional execution is desirable.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuations and due diligence experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across capital structures and sectors.
• Support platform growth via acquisitions, JVs and partnerships.
• Analyze deal flow and prepare investment research and recommendations.
• Model, value, structure deals and perform due diligence.
• Prepare investor materials and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with corporate strategy and investment teams.
