Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of law firm experience in alternative assets, secondaries, private funds, fund formation, GP-leds, co-invests, or adjacent investor-side work.

Responsibilities

• Advise sophisticated institutional investors, secondary buyers, sovereign wealth funds, and asset managers on bespoke alternative asset transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, partnership agreements, financing documents, and related deal documents
• Run diligence, assess risk, and help structure transactions from early analysis through closing
• Work closely with tax, regulatory, and litigation colleagues on matters that do not fit neatly into one box
• Handle secondaries, GP-led and other liquidity transactions, fund formation issues, and cross-border deal execution
