Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Associate Business Product Manager - CRM to drive management, adoption and continuous improvement of the CRM platform for the Performance Coatings Group. You will work under the CRM Product Manager, define requirements and backlogs, and support delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, capabilities leadership, and ongoing process improvement within a non-remote on-site setting at the Cleveland HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years in project or product management for business systems or CRM platforms.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements or user stories.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM roadmap areas and maintain backlog for capabilities.
• Own CRM capabilities from intake to delivery and adoption.
• Lead requirements discovery and document outcomes, processes, or acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog and support feature planning; participate in reviews and release readiness.
