Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Associate Business Product Manager - CRM to manage the CRM backlog, define requirements, and support adoption and continuous improvement of the CRM platform for the Performance Coatings Group. You will work under the CRM Product Manager and contribute to larger product domains while independently managing smaller capabilities.

Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in future.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Must have at least three years of project or product management experience.
• Must have experience leading requirements discovery and translating findings into requirements or user stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CRM team to manage CRM backlog and roadmap.
• Own and deliver smaller CRM capabilities from intake to adoption.
• Lead requirements discovery and document outcomes, processes, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog and support feature planning and releases.
• Participate in product reviews, testing, and release readiness activities.
• Validate delivered functionality against business outcomes and criteria.
• Escalate decisions impacting other product areas or roadmap commitments.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations.
• Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions and communicate risks or impacts.
• Support Agile delivery by clarifying requirements and validating results.
