Menlo Ventures is seeking a CRM operations professional to manage Lazada Malaysia’s customer engagement across PUSH, Email, and WhatsApp channels. You will design end-to-end campaigns to drive daily active users and coordinate with product, tech, and regional teams.

You will build a localized notification framework, craft compelling English and Malay content, and analyze performance to optimize actions. Collaboration and a fast-paced mindset are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• CRM/content ops experience in e-commerce or related industry.
• Ability to craft engaging content in English and Malay.
• Experience with A/B testing, data analysis and strategy optimization.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia market and e-commerce user behavior.

Job Description

• 1. Responsible for Lazada Malaysia CRM operations, devising and executing PUSH/Email/WhatsApp strategy E2E for DAU growth.
• 2. Developing Localized notification framework with scenario, segment, topic, contents across user journey to enhance CRM recall efficiency.
• 3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for requests communication and campaign promotions support.
• 4. Data analysis on push performance metrics to adjust actions and find out opportunities immediately.
• 5. Research and explore customer insight as well market trends to initiate new solution approach together with regional ops, product and tech teams.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with CRM and/or content ops experience in e-commerce or related industry.
• 2. Excellent content ops ability to craft engaging English and Malay content.
• 3. Result-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, data analysis and strategy optimization.
• 4. Good understanding of the Malaysia market and in-depth knowledge of e-commerce user behavior.
• 5. Strong team player, innovative mindset, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
