Job summary

Lazada Kuala Lumpur invites a driven student or recent graduate to join as a Business Operations Intern for six months. You’ll support daily operations, learn order management, customer service, and seller support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

During the internship, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce workflows, analyze data, and contribute insights to growth initiatives while developing professional communication in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data analysis.
