Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Associate Counsel-level attorney to oversee and manage a large volume of commercial agreements for the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division, focusing on sponsorship, promotion, artist, influencer, vendor, and event production agreements.

We expect drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex deals, regular communication with sales, artist rights, experiential, and internal legal teams, plus creating templates and playbooks to scale in-house legal

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar license in NY, CA, or TX.
• Minimum four years of practicing attorney experience.
• In-house or business-side experience in live entertainment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.
• Coordinate with sales, artist rights, experiential, venue, and internal legal teams.
• Provide in-house legal guidance on contracting structure, risk, and policies.
• Create and update templates, playbooks and internal documents for new relationship types.
