Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Associate Counsel-level attorney to oversee a large volume of commercial agreements for the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division, covering sponsorship, promotion, artist, influencer, vendor, and event production agreements.

The role collaborates with the division’s sales teams, artist rights, experiential, venue and internal legal teams, and involves creating templates and playbooks for new and existing relationship types.

Qualifications

• JD required and active bar admission in CA/TX/NY
• Minimum of four (4) years as a practicing attorney
• In-house or business-side experience in live entertainment
• Experience negotiating and structuring live entertainment agreements

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for Live Nation Media & Sponsorship
• Coordinate with sales, artist rights, experiential, venue and legal teams
• Provide in-house legal guidance on contracting structure, risk, and corporate policies
• Create and update templates and playbooks for relationship types
