Job summary

Sprout, a global IT hardware retirement provider, seeks an Associate Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance Team as the second in-house member. The role partners with the General Counsel to manage a diverse workload including commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include negotiating customer and vendor contracts, maintaining legal technology platforms, and providing guidance on data privacy, labor law, and real estate matters.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and an active bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably within a full‑service law firm or corporate legal department.
