Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements to enable wireless, enterprise, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Support critical transactions involving transport, network infrastructure, data centers, and backhaul agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues regarding telecommunications compliance, privacy, data security, and service commitments.
• Deliver concise, business-oriented guidance on contract interpretation, risk, and dispute avoidance.
• Optimize legal contracting efficiency through playbooks, templates, policies, and procedures.
• Leverage AI applications to streamline contract review and risk analysis workflows.
