The Green Recruitment Company, based in Durham, NC, seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to support its growing project development portfolio for utility‑scale solar, wind and storage. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on corporate formation, and contribute to standard templates and processes.

With 1–3 years of experience and a JD from an accredited law school, you will join a team delivering strategic legal support across the development pipeline from site

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school, current license to practice law, and 1–3 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including power purchase agreements, EPC‑related agreements, master service agreements, non‑disclosure agreements, and M&A transactions.
• Provide expertise in organizational formation documents and manage related processes.
• Assist in project finance‑related transactions (ancillary supporting documents, Know‑Your‑Customer diligence, etc.).
• Contribute to the development and improvement of contract templates and internal processes.
