Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking an Electrical Engineering professional to support and improve control systems in our manufacturing environments. You will test, modify, and document control workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and practical knowledge of APC, DCS, PLC, and SCADA, with strong communication skills and proficiency in standard software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Ability to write technical documents and business proposals.
• Knowledge of APC, DCS, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ladder logic software.

Responsibilities

• Tests and modifies existing control systems.
• Reviews, revises and improves existing procedures and documents.
• Analyzes data and reports results with management and staff.
• Collaborates with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff.
• Provides technical/troubleshooting support for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Understands and ensures compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Provides training and consulting support for new employees, technical staff, and customers.
• Develops new business proposals.
