Job summary

Bring IT is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to execute a full books clean-up for a growing multi-location, multi-entity clinic-based mental healthcare business in the US. You will work closely with the CFO to reconcile, correct and document the books toward close readiness, with potential growth into a full Controller role.

The role requires 4–7 years of accounting experience, healthcare industry experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of accounting experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with multi-site or clinic-based organizations is required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Experience with intercompany accounting in a multi-entity environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to clean messy data.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full books clean-up for a multi-location, multi-entity clinic-based business.
• Reconcile revenue cycle data, including ASC 606 elements.
• Rebuild AR by entity/location/payor and apply reserve methodology.
• Clean up AP subledger, perform vendor reconciliations and accruals.
• Prepare payroll accruals and reconcile to GL.
• Inventory and lease-related GL review and schedules.
• Record intercompany transactions and support consolidation.
• Document processes to enable a repeatable month-end close.
