The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Contract Management Specialist to join the Contracts team in Direct Attack Weapons, supporting both Domestic and International Customers in Saint Charles, MO.
This position will focus on all Direct Attack Contracts, primarily the B-61 and High Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare Weapon Capability (HAAWC) programs. The Contract Management Specialist will support current and follow-on production and services contracts, exercising sound business judgment, offering strategic recommendations to manage risk, and building strong customer relationships to ensure program success.
Position Responsibilities
- Negotiate and contract for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and licensing of intellectual property.
- Present business solutions to preserve and expand the business.
- Represent the company in external negotiations with diverse customers.
- Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret, and administer complex contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with internal functional disciplines.
- Summarize complex contractual issues, develop creative solutions, and coordinate risk mitigation.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 1+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
- 1+ years of experience in a business-related function (e.g., Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience with international contracts.
- 1+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
