Responsibilities

• Facilitate quotes, proposals, and cross-functional contract reviews.
• Review and manage purchase orders and sales orders; coordinate shipping.
• Maintain current and accurate sales order files and government procurement knowledge.
• Support forecast data entry in the Moog MRP system and proposal coordination.
• Serve as a primary customer contact for assigned programs and issue resolution.
