Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of progressive construction industry experience, preferably in a Project Administrator or Project Engineer function.
• Pricing knowledge related to project plans, budgets, and costs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and general computer skills.
• Proactive and self-sufficient characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight for construction projects.
• Assist in pre-construction services such as estimating, project planning, professional reporting, cost updating, and cost reporting.
• Build rapport and trust with trade partners, governing entities, and site team members.
• Create, update, and maintain schedule of projects, tasks, and related duties regularly including PSR (Project Status Report).
• All other duties as assigned.
