Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.
1-3 years of progressive construction industry experience, preferably in a Project Administrator or Project Engineer function.
Pricing knowledge as it relates to project plans, budgets, and costs.
Working proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and general computer skills.
Must demonstrate proactive and self-sufficient characteristics on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

Provide managerial oversight for construction projects
Assist in pre-construction services such as estimating, project planning, professional reporting, cost updating, and cost reporting
Build rapport and trust consistently with various parties including trade partners, governing entities, and property level team members
Create, update, and maintain schedule of projects, tasks, and associated duties regularly including PSR (Project Status Report)
All other duties as assigned
