Job summary

International Executive Service Corps in San Jose is looking for an individual to help with planning and coordinating onsite construction activities. This role involves developing cost reports, managing operational tasks, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and has up to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of CADD is preferred.

This position is safety sensitive and subject to drug testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 0 - 2 years in construction estimating or engineering support.
• Proficiency with MS Office products required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating onsite construction and engineering activities.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly cost reports for the project team.
• Manage operational tasks and update resource schedules.
