Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Collector in Salt Lake City, UT to support accurate billing and timely remittance for patient accounts. The role requires excellent phone/email etiquette, strong communication, and familiarity with billing processes.

You will read EOBs, verify codes, and address payer denials while maintaining precise documentation in VisiQuate and ERP systems. A High School Diploma is required, with 1+ years in healthcare billing preferred.

Qualifications

• Could read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to read and understand EOBs and insurance terminology.
• Familiar with medical terminology and insurances HCPC/ICD-9 codes.
• Documents activities in VisiQuate and ERP systems accurately.

Responsibilities
