Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux-based production environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and respond to production incidents.
• Monitor production environments and infrastructure health to identify issues early.
• Analyze trends and capacities to mitigate performance and availability risks.
• Collaborate with development and cloud operations to troubleshoot and prevent incidents.
• Automate operational tasks and improve support processes using scripting tools.
