Job summary

Infor Inc. is seeking a Sr Development Operations Engineer to design, implement, and operate secure multi-tenant cloud infrastructure on AWS. The role emphasizes automating CI/CD pipelines, containerizing services with Docker, and managing deployments on Amazon EKS using Helm and Kubernetes ingress.

You will collaborate with software engineering, architecture, QA, and security teams to deliver scalable platforms, with in-person work in Atlanta and close coordination with the local team.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra supporting multi-tenant SaaS.
• Experience with AWS services including EKS, ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, Route 53, CloudFront.
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform modules and state management.
• Docker and Kubernetes on EKS, with Helm charts and ingress management.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins and automated tests.
• Automation using Python and Bash/PowerShell.
• Logging/monitoring with Sumologic, Grafana, and CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain secure multi-tenant infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Package services in Docker containers and deploy on EKS with Helm charts.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins and automated tests.
• Coordinate releases, zero-downtime deployments, and environment provisioning.
• Implement dashboards and telemetry with SumLogic, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
