Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California is seeking a BCBA Associate Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical staff and ensure high-quality ABA services across the site. Report to the Director of Clinical Services and help drive performance, mentor clinicians, and grow the team's capabilities.

The role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, including supervision of BCBAs, program development, HIPAA compliance, onboarding, and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA supervision and oversee ABA programs.
• Lead monthly provider meetings and drive progress.
• Support parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Monitor clinic metrics and ensure service delivery goals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and onboarding processes.
