Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to enhance outcomes for children with autism. You will support clinical operations, lead team activities, and partner with senior leadership to drive quality care.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, KPI mastery, and opportunities for growth within KBH’s collaborative, values-driven environment. Relocation assistance is available for candidates new to the area.

Qualifications

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years.
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics.
• In good standing on BCBA metrics including but not limited to: Attributable and Client Service Hours; Cancellation Trends; POC Timeliness and Quality; Conversion Rates; RBT Supervision Rates.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support in clinic.
• Support community building within clinic.
• Conducting interviews.
• Participating in outreach events.
• Review operational dashboards and work with Clinic Director to improve opportunities.
• Review intake packets and support client/BCBA pairings.
• Attend weekly caseload planning meetings.
• Participate in 1:1 supervision meetings with BCBAs and Clinic Directors.
• Lead RBT performance conversations.
• Develop skills to move to Associate Clinic Director (Level 2).
