Job summary

The Freeman Company, a global leader in events, is seeking an Associate Client Solutions Manager - Show Organizer Event Logistics in Kearny, NJ. You will lead or support planning and execution of events, ensuring service and budgeting alignment.

This role supports the AV Sales group within Growth, with hybrid in-office and show-site work 2-3 days a week; travel up to 25% and duties include managing client expectations, budgets, invoicing, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver on-site

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related sales, account management, or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems
• Ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage events up to $250,000 per event.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Show Organizer clients post-sale.
• Manage client requirements, scope changes per event.
• Liaise between client and Freeman departments.
• Produce events locally, travel to show locations.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and budgeting with Business Development.
• Translate client requirements to internal systems for onsite execution.
• May lead or be part of a team on event execution.
• Maintain partnerships with facilities/venues.
• Entertain clients with leadership approval.

Summary

The Associate Client Solutions Manager - Show Organizer Event Logistics is responsible for providing clients will a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be in a lead &/or supporting role in the planning and execution of events, providing support and logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client's budget.

This position will support our AV Sales group under our Growth (Sales) team . It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Kearny, NJ.

• Able to lead and manage events up to $250,000 per event
• Works with Business Development and Show Organizer clients to produce their events once the business has been sold
• Manages client requirements, expectations, scope changes per event
• Liaison between client and our Creative, Graphic Production, Operations, and other Freeman departments
• Primarily produces business sold into a local market
• Travels to show location to manage event from move-in through move-out
• Works with Business Development to ensure accurate and timely invoicing are sent to client
• Manages budgets and works with Business Development to quote prices.
• Translates client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure successful onsite execution
• May be producing lead or may be part of a team on the execution of events
• Responsible for maintaining partnerships with facilities/venues
• With leadership approval, entertains clients as necessary

Education & Experience

• 0-2 years of related sales, account management, or project management experience
